Free · no access, no call

Three points on your public path, torn down in writing.

Can a buyer find you, does your site ask them to do something, and what happens when they do it? We check all three from the outside, time a real enquiry, and send you a written note. It costs nothing and there is no call attached.

  • Free, and no obligation of any kind
  • 3 business days
  • Your website is all we need — no logins

Scope

Three checks. All of them visible from outside.

These are the first three of the nine diagnostic checkpoints, and the only three that can be tested without touching your systems. That constraint is the reason this is free.

01

Findability

Whether you appear for the service you sell or only for your own name. We search the way a buyer in your category actually searches, note where you show up against the firms competing for the same enquiry, and check whether the pages that would answer those searches exist at all.

02

The ask

What your site asks a visitor to do at the moment they are convinced, and whether that path survives contact with a phone. We walk it: the primary action, what it costs the visitor to take it, what is asked for before they can, and what a form actually captures.

03

The response

We submit a genuine enquiry, identified as coming from Ariadne, and time the first reply. Response time is the single most testable point on the public path, and the number is usually the one finding a business cannot argue with.

Deliverable

What you receive.

  • A written note, roughly a page, with the three findings ranked by what looks most expensive
  • Your measured first-response time, with the timestamps
  • The specific pages, forms, or gaps each finding points at
  • What we would do about the top one, and roughly what it would cost

Free, and there is no call attached. If you want to talk it through afterwards, that is your choice rather than the price of admission.

Three public checkpoints out of nine. It cannot see your CRM, your follow-up, your attribution, or your close rate, and it will not pretend to.

It can conclude that nothing here is worth buying yet. That answer is delivered as readily as any other.

Where this stops, and what comes next

Three checkpoints is enough to tell you whether your public path is leaking, and not nearly enough to tell you where the money is going. Capture, routing, follow-up, sales, measurement, and compounding all sit behind systems we cannot see from a browser.

When the path check turns up something that looks expensive, the growth system audit is the qualified next step: all nine checkpoints reviewed against your own analytics, CRM, and inbox, the two or three constraints that are genuinely costing you, and a costed plan you could execute with anyone. $950 CAD, five business days, credited in full against a build.

Taking the free check first is not a prerequisite, and neither one obliges you to the other. If you already know which part of the path is broken, skip straight to the audit.

Five fields, then we go and look.

Tell us where to look and where to send it. Within three business days you get the written note back, including the timestamps from the enquiry we sent.

We will send one genuine enquiry to your business so the response can be timed. It is identified as coming from Ariadne, and it is the only contact you get unless you reply.

Why is this free when the audit is $950?

Because it costs us a fraction of the effort. The three checks run on public information and take under an hour of a person’s time. The audit reviews all nine checkpoints against your analytics, CRM, and inbox, produces a costed plan, and takes real days. Charging for the second is what makes it thorough; not charging for the first is what makes it easy to say yes to.

Is this a sales call in disguise?

No, and there is no call in it at all. You get a written note back. Whether you reply is up to you, and we will not follow up more than once.

What do you actually need from me?

Your website and your industry. No analytics access, no CRM login, no credentials of any kind — if the check needed access, it would not be a review of your public path.

How long does it take?

Three business days. Most of that is the response timing, which needs a real enquiry to sit in your inbox for as long as it sits there.

What happens after?

Usually nothing, unless one of the three findings looks expensive enough to investigate properly. When it does, the growth system audit is the next step: all nine checkpoints, your own data rather than just the public surface, and a costed plan credited in full against a build.

Will you enquire under a fake name?

No. The enquiry is genuine and identified as coming from Ariadne. Mystery-shopping a business that did not ask to be mystery-shopped is a bad way to start a working relationship.

When three is not enough

The full diagnosis is nine checkpoints.

A growth system audit reviews all nine against your own data, ranks the two or three highest-priority constraints supported by the evidence, and produces a costed plan credited in full against a build.
