Who is responsible
Ariadne is a growth engineering firm operated by Sourena Khanzadeh in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Sourena is responsible for Ariadne’s privacy practices. Send privacy questions, complaints, and requests to access or correct personal information to support@ariadne.fyi.
Information collected
When you request a growth system audit, Ariadne collects the information you choose to provide: your name, work email, business name, optional website address, industry, the checkpoint you selected, project scope, optional budget range, timeline, and your messages. A checklist request collects your email, optional name, and whether you separately chose to receive occasional marketing notes. Ariadne also receives information you send in later email correspondence.
A referral submission contains the referrer’s name and email, the referred business’s name, optional website and contact details, and the reason for the introduction. The referrer must confirm that they have permission to share any details they enter. If someone gave Ariadne your information through that form, Ariadne uses it only to assess and make the requested introduction and will tell you who made the referral when contacting you.
Forms may also include the first landing path and campaign parameters supplied in the page address, such as UTM values, a Google click identifier, referral code, and the hostname of an external referring site. These values are stored in session storage for the current browser tab so the original source is not lost if you move between pages before submitting. Ariadne does not use them to follow you across sites or browser sessions.
Vercel hosts this website and may process limited technical request information needed to deliver, diagnose, and secure it, such as an IP address, browser or device information, requested page, timestamp, request identifier, and response status. The contact endpoint also uses a request’s network address briefly in server memory to limit abuse; it is not added to the inquiry email or a separate lead database. Ariadne does not currently use advertising pixels, advertising cookies, or a connected client-side analytics provider. The site contains vendor-neutral interaction hooks, but until a provider is connected those events remain in the page and are not transmitted. This notice will be updated before that changes.
The forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than an automated sender. To make that check, Turnstile loads a script from Cloudflare and may read technical signals about your browser, device, and network address, and may store a token in your browser for the check. Cloudflare states that Turnstile is not used for advertising and does not track people across unrelated sites. It runs only on pages that contain a form, and it does not receive what you type into one.
How the information is used
Ariadne uses the information to operate and secure the website, prevent spam or misuse, send a resource you requested, respond to an audit request or referral, prepare an audit or proposal, assess project fit, understand which outreach brought a relevant inquiry, and keep necessary business records. Requesting an audit, making a referral, or requesting the checklist does not by itself add anyone to a marketing list. Ariadne does not sell or rent personal information.
Occasional marketing notes are sent only when the separate, initially unticked consent box is selected. Ariadne records that choice with the submission and uses the address for those notes only while consent remains in place. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe method in a message or by emailingsupport@ariadne.fyi. Withdrawing marketing consent does not affect a resource or service already requested.
Service providers and processing outside Canada
Vercel processes the form through the website’s hosting infrastructure. Cloudflare performs the Turnstile spam check described above. Resend transmits the submission as an email, and Google Gmail receives and stores that email for Ariadne. These providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Information processed outside Canada is subject to the laws of those places and may be accessible to courts, law enforcement, or national-security authorities there. Ariadne remains responsible for personal information under its control.
Retention and safeguards
Ariadne does not maintain a separate lead-form database. Audit, checklist, and referral emails that do not become a project are generally retained for up to 12 months, subject to temporary provider logs and backups. A marketing consent or withdrawal record may be retained longer where reasonably necessary to honour the choice and demonstrate compliance. If an inquiry becomes a client engagement, relevant contract, billing, and project records may be kept for six years after the end of the tax year to which they relate, or longer where required by law or reasonably needed to resolve a dispute.
Access is limited to Sourena and the service providers needed for the purposes above. The site uses HTTPS, account access controls, and provider security controls appropriate to the information. No internet or email system is risk-free. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, health information, or other sensitive information through the form.
Your choices
You may ask what personal information Ariadne holds about you, where it came from, how it has been used or disclosed, and request access or correction. You may withdraw consent or ask that inquiry or referral information be deleted, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and necessary record retention. Ariadne may need to verify your identity before responding.
Start by emailing support@ariadne.fyi. If a privacy concern is not resolved, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Cookies and storage
Ariadne sets no cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own, and no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies of any kind. What it can store falls into two groups, and only the second one is ever asked about.
Stored without asking
Two things are stored because the site cannot do what you asked without them, which is the recognised exemption from prior consent.
- The spam check. Cloudflare Turnstile stores a short-lived token in your browser while it confirms a form submission comes from a person. It loads only on pages that contain a form. Gating a security control behind consent would simply break the form.
- Your answer to the consent question. Kept in local storage so you are not asked twice. Declining is remembered exactly as durably as accepting.
Stored only if you accept
- Referral source. If you arrive from a campaign link, the source is kept in session storage for the current browser tab so it survives moving between pages. It is discarded when the tab closes, contains no identifier, and is not readable by anyone else.
- Analytics. No analytics provider is connected today. If one is added, it will load only after acceptance, and this page will be updated before that happens.
When you are asked
Only when there is something to ask about: you arrived from a campaign link, or an analytics provider has been connected. Someone who arrives directly or from an ordinary search result, while no provider is connected, stores nothing beyond the two essential items above and is never shown the question. A banner displayed for its own sake is friction without a purpose.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, it is treated as a decline and you are not asked at all.
Changing your mind
Use the Cookie settings link in the footer of any page. Withdrawing is as easy as granting, and declining after previously accepting also clears what was stored. You can additionally clear this site’s storage in your browser settings at any time.
Declining does not stop a form you choose to submit from carrying the campaign parameters in the address you arrived on. That information travels with a request you deliberately sent rather than being stored on your device, and it is described under Information collected above.
Accessibility
Commitment
Ariadne wants ariadne.ltd to work for as many people as possible. WCAG 2.2 Level AA is the site’s accessibility target, including keyboard navigation, visible focus, semantic structure, text alternatives, readable contrast, zoom and reflow support, reduced-motion support, labelled forms, clear error messages, and accessible status updates.
The site is self-evaluated with automated checks and manual keyboard testing. This is not a third-party certification, and combinations of browsers and assistive technology can still reveal barriers.
Feedback and accessible alternatives
If something prevents you from using the site, email support@ariadne.fyi with “Accessibility” in the subject. If comfortable, include the page and barrier you encountered. Ariadne aims to acknowledge accessibility feedback within five business days.
Website information is available in an accessible format or with communication support on request, at no additional cost. Ariadne will consult with you about a suitable alternative and provide it as soon as practical. No known limitations are currently listed; please report any issue you find.
Website terms
About these terms
These terms apply to ariadne.ltd, operated by Sourena Khanzadeh in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The website provides general information about Ariadne’s services. It is not legal, financial, or other regulated professional advice, and it does not promise a particular ranking, AI citation, lead volume, revenue result, or business outcome.
Inquiries and client work
Submitting a form or exchanging initial messages does not create a client relationship or require either party to proceed. A project begins only when the parties sign a proposal or agreement. Do not submit passwords, security credentials, financial information, health information, trade secrets, or other sensitive material through the website form. Ask for an appropriate channel before sharing confidential material.
Pricing, timing, and ownership
The growth system audit is a fixed $950 CAD with delivery within five business days once the required access is available. Other prices and timelines shown on the website are starting estimates in Canadian dollars, before applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Final scope, fees, milestones, responsibilities, cancellation terms, and ownership are set out in the signed project agreement, which controls if it conflicts with this website.
Results and examples
Case studies, audits, benchmarks, illustrative scenarios, and before-and-after examples describe their stated context. Scenarios described as illustrative are composites of common patterns, not client engagements. Where an example includes measured results, it identifies the measurement date and method. Examples are illustrative, not a guarantee that another project will achieve the same outcome.
Site content and external links
Unless otherwise identified, Ariadne owns or licenses this website’s text, design, graphics, and code. You may view and share links to the site, but may not reproduce or commercially reuse its content without permission. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners. Links to third-party websites are provided for context; those sites have their own content, terms, and privacy practices.
Availability, changes, and applicable law
Ariadne may update or remove website content and cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Material changes to these terms will be reflected in the “last updated” date. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada, without limiting rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
